Delicious and amazing fun staff!

We were there for the first time today. Absolutely great ambience, the service was very friendly and the dishes we ordered on site were absolutely great, delicious. We will be back. At the moment, not everything can be ordered during the Corona period. The map is a little smaller. But still a good selection.

I knew that the shop was good because of my multiple stays in the restaurant;). Today I ordered To-Go for the first time, everything was perfect. From the process to preparation and taste. One likes to support something like that during this difficult time :)

A super great store. It's a shame that we don't have anything like that in Saarland. But you are happy to take the journey. Always something going on and rightly so!

Best american food in town

We go there 1-2 times a year, we are happy to accept the distance from Frankfurt am Main. This diner is an absolute hammer !! If you like classic US style - 100% right. Hopefully again soon.

Were there today. We were greeted in a very friendly manner and we were even brought the food to the parking lot. Tasted good and Milchschake was delicious

Food is delicious but it is too popular of a restaurant and extremely packed. The two stars are for the chef. One star for my waiter who did a great job. But have to remove two stars due to the 30 minute wait and the moving of tables after I already sat down due to reservations.

This diner gets full marks from me. Although the diner was fully occupied, the staff was courteous and very nice and attentive. The food was a treat for the eyes and the palate in all respects. Praise to the kitchen team, which despite the full house, had the food served to our table in an acceptable time frame and in very good quality. Rarely found in today's world. We celebrated a birthday. Nowhere is it more ingenious than here. I don't want to reveal anything ... you have to find out yourself. But please let us know when you make your reservation ... I think the waitresses are all great. The food anyway. Of course we'd love to come back ... even without a birthday ?

We had the jalapeno burger. It was okay. The fries were luke warm and greasy. The coleslaw was blah. We also had the wings. They were okay, but we were given BBQ sauce vs hot sauce. It was pricey for what we had. We Won't be back.

Place is not worth it. Extremely slow service. Didn’t see our waitress for over 30 minutes. She finally came and took our order. Even then it took almost an hour to get our food.

Great place to have a familiar American style breakfast. Nice staff. Hot food with friendly service. The pancakes are awesome!

You really feel like you are in America. The food that is used seems to me to be of very high quality. The meat was perfect. It took a little while for the order to arrive, but the staff was friendly and informed us, as this was our first guest. The bill was high but justified in my opinion based on the good quality. It gets expensive for every week as a family. But it's definitely worth it. Price performance is definitely given. Ice cream in a high-quality box without plastic. Great. Order fries for 1 euro. An all-round successful opening visit.

I ordered a chocolate milk shake and a veggie wrap, both were delicious and up to my expectations. Staff were pretty friendly as well, that's another plus point.

As you can see, the diner was probably understaffed during our visit today. The lady of the service was obviously stressed. So we come to point of criticism 1. From the order to the meal, it felt like forever. So that we quickly regretted having sat outside on the terrace because it was very fresh. Nevertheless, the lady named N ..... was very, very friendly, committed and sorted according to the circumstances and still took a minute or two. The price is really a thing. There is no question. The burgers taste bombastic. The fries ... perfect through and through! Seldom eaten such good fries. Quality has its price, but for a quick "bite to eat" the prices are higher. In summary: prices are tight! There seem to be more frequent waiting times. Food tastes world class. Service also fits front and back. Due to the price and the waiting times, it is only enough for 4 stars.

Spontaneous visit to Kullman's. The atmosphere at Kullman's is really great. 50s style in perfection. The hygiene rules are met. There are enough options for hand disinfection. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We ate very well and were treated very courteously. Definitely, it wasn't my last visit here.

We had a nice light lunch after touring the nearby Castle last year. I liked my lunch and the price. Would eat here again when in the area. Our lunch for two came to $ 18 Euro.

We used the delivery service 3 times. In the 1st everything was good. We were disappointed with the last 2. Both deliveries were announced for 6:30 p.m. This arrived half an hour late. The food was then unfortunately cold as expected. The side dishes (chips, etc.) were limp and inedible. Once there, they would have let this meal go back immediately. Since the food is not exactly cheap, it is all the more annoying if it cannot be consumed. Among other things, an old, cold garlic bread arrives for € 3.20 ? That was as it was, thrown in the trash. That was the last time.

Very attentive, nice and friendly service. The drinks were served very quickly. Unfortunately we had to wait almost an hour for the food, but it was very, very tasty and nicely presented. We love to come back here!

Fortunately, I was warned that one would have to wait a bit for the food ... We had reserved a table for 7 p.m. and received a very friendly welcome. In general, all the service staff were nice and helpful. Our order was taken quickly and the drinks were served quickly. We actually waited almost an hour for the food. But the wait was worth it! It was very tasty and plentiful! ???? (If possible, it is better not to visit the sanitary facilities.)

Update: management contacted me and all was resolved. I am once again a happy customer! ? We usually enjoy the buffalo chicken wings and BLT with pommes. Today we did a pickup order and were missing a few things when we got home. We didn’t get any pommes or sauces with our chicken wings. I think perhaps I got a new girl that put my order together because this has never happened before. I didn’t think I needed to check. I will from now on!~

Food was food, but very high priced. Make sure you fully translate your menu items because we had 2 of 4 meal items made wrong/co.e with unexpected items. I put 4 stars because of the time to figure out our order and to check out and pay. Waitress was at the table immediately before we had a chance to look at the menu asking us what we wanted (had to translate stuff which took us a few extra minutes) and we had to ask for a box and check 3 times before we were able to check out (waitress was busy, but checked out 3 tables in the amount of tile it took to get our check).

Overall very friendly customer service. Clean and chill atmosphere. Milk shake was amazing, the burgers were classic, juicy and delicious...such a great atmosphere. Oldies will be awesome or swing music to give it a final touch. Overall its a great joy to eat at Sam's Diner. Word of advice, reserve a table for Friday evening or during the weekend because the diner gets pack.

We were so looking forward to the meal, we drove there 1 hour one way from home. And then such a disaster and bad food !! First of all the service was very friendly, nice and attentive. We had to wait 1 1/2 hours for the food. We had ordered a starter, 2 burgers with fries, 3 non-alcoholic drinks and one time pasta to take away. The burger pettis were fried to death, fart dry and therefore almost stuck in your throat. The fries were ok. ??? Unfortunately, all of the food came to the table cold. ????? The fun cost us almost € 60. We were asked by the service team whether we liked it - she answered the question herself when she saw our plate that was almost not touched and said only: It has been going on like this all day today, we have one complaint after the other that the food is not tasty! Unfortunately, there was no further reaction to our anger / frustration / disappointment. No: May I at least offer him a cup of coffee, etc. as an excuse ... was missing With all the food complaints, the shop would probably have gotten too bad. We now had the experience and from the experience we can only say: THERE YOU CAN SPEND YOUR MONEY ON EATING BETTER AND CHEAPER ELSEWHERE. We definitely don't need this a second time

A taste of a classic American Burger!

Ordered the Avocado Burger with Salad. Very healthy! The salad was so fresh and the burger was awesome. It is served with an egg on top of the burger too. Nice touch!

Great, American ambience with friendly service and excellent food. From the starter to the dessert it was just amazing. The Mac‘n‘Cheese with pulled pork and the brownie at the end were terrific. The in-house beer is also highly recommended. We will definitely be back! ?

Very Covid friendly setup, each booth had plastic panes separating other customers. I ordered a large lemonade and Irish eggs burger. the lemonade wasn't what I expected. Not sweet and carbonated, but still surprisingly refreshing. Irish eggs burger was amazing. I swapped out the bacon for another egg at no extra cost. 10/10 Would recommend.

Used to be my favourite diner. But my last experience was there was terrible. Burgers was cold and the white wine bottle was warm. I ordered a 300 gram burger, got it in 5 minutes, while it needed to be grilled for at least 20 minutes. it really seemed like it was microwaved!!! And the bread was not fresh by any means. I hope they reconsider because the food quality is going downhill.
